We understand that emergencies and last-minute situations can happen. To respect our stylist time, the following cancellation policy is in place: • Cancellations or reschedules within 48 hours of your appointment require a 30% fee of the scheduled service total to rebook. • Cancellations or reschedules within 24 hours of your appointment require a 50% fee of the scheduled service total to rebook. Short-notice cancellations make it difficult to fill appointments, and this policy helps protect our stylist time and income.
