Our team is very understanding and professional when it comes to things coming up last minute or having an emergency. We have placed our new cancellation policy that started 1/1/2023 for any cancellations happening 48 hours or less.
If you are having to cancel or reshcedule your Appointment within 48hrs of your allotted appointment time you are required to pay 30% of your total service cost that day & in order to be able to rebook your appointment.
If you are canceling or rescheduling within 24hrs or less of your allotted appointment time you are required to pay 50% of your service cost that day and to rebook your next appointment. This being said it is very challenging to fill that slot with such short notice so this will help ensure our stylists time & money are taken care of for the missed appointment.
We have put this in place to protect our stylist's & we hope that you all understand that time is money in this industry and we want to give all of our clients the best experience when visiting us.
