Most of you may know me as “Amby” but my real name is Ambrielle & I am the owner of Boho Beauty Bar. I have been a licensed stylist since 2016 and have absolutley fell in love with the industry. Being born & raised here in St.Petersburg Florida I have seen this city and its culture grow and I am so proud to be able to have my Salon be a part of it.
As an artist I love to create art on all types of canvases and love to find the beauty in everything, that’s actually how I got into this unique and growing industry. I do all realms of hair from making beautiful bright blonds, lived in color, braids , & bridal to creating the most perfect knots in the hair that are unique to each individual called “dreadlocks” or “locs”. At the age of 12 my passion for barbering began! Immediately after graduating high school I applied to Barber School at the American Institute of Beauty (AIB) to start my dream career where I get to interact with a diverse crowd by ‘making everyone look better’. Within 7 and a half months I obtained my Master Barber License. After a few years in the industry I was able to open up my pride & joy, The Next Level Barbers in 2018 & we have continued to grow since!
I have been actively keeping up to date with platform artistry , by participating in barber competitions, training classes, and trending styles over the past 10 years. I have cultivated the art of fade facials and razor shaves. It is important to me that once you sit in my chair you feel right at home and have the next level experience. My passions include playing and watching sports, my favorite teams are the New York Yankees, Giants, and Knicks. I love cooking , culture & experiencing the world with my friends & family & Im always looking to learn something new ! |
